We’ve been serving as a taxation and auditing firm in Hamburg, Germany for over 20 years.The DMP now works in a team with more than 25 members from auditors, tax consultants, attorneys-at-law, graduates in business administration, professional assistant tax consultants and a number of other technically qualified employees. Many of our employees have been part of the team or associates in one way or another for a very long period of time.

Thanks to our close – even personal – connection with the legal offices of Weiland Rechtsanwälte, we are able to offer our clients comprehensive and professional “one-stop” support in the areas of financial reporting, tax consultancy and legal advice.

As a taxation and auditing firm, we conduct all legally mandatory and voluntary annual audits. We have regularly and successfully passed quality control measures as per § 57a of the German Wirtschaftsprüferordnung (Rules on Financial Auditing).

Due to the existing interdisciplinary areas of consultation within our establishment, we are able to consistently assist our clients professionally in the establishment, expansion and re-organization of their companies and with respect to finding successors within corporate management. We see it as our task to determine and assess the chances and risks for the business activities of our clients as well as to conduct the targeted application of these findings.

For us, tax consultancy also means providing design and planning advice in order to reduce tax burdens within the framework of legal requirements and possibilities. This also includes a required accompanying of our clients in appeal procedures and in cases of annual audits.

Our client base consists of everything from individuals, sole proprietors, and small and medium-sized companies in the legal form of business partnerships and corporate enterprises to internationally oriented corporations.

We most particularly consult wind energy companies and hotel operations while supporting limited public partnerships as well as clubs, associations and charitable foundations.

We are a member of the Instituts der Wir tschaftsprüfer in Deutschland e.V. (IDW – Registered Institute of Auditors in Germany), the Chamber of Auditors and Chamber of Tax Consultants in Hamburg.
